We've teamed up with our darling friend Alushia of Alushia-Sanchia to offer this giveaway in celebration of our all-time idol/girl-crush/style-icon Stevie Nicks touring Australia...
The crescent moon pendant is arguably the most iconic of all Nicks's jewelry – the original was bought while she was in England on tour with Fleetwood Mac during the Tusk era. Nicks then had her personal jeweler make replicas of the moon pendant which have become treasured gifts to her friends*.
We asked Alushia to tell us about her love of Stevie, and being at the concert on Tuesday Night...
"I had the pleasure to be entertained by the one and only Stevie Nicks on Tuesday night in Sydney with my best friends in the world!! It was beyond AMAZING!! Stevie is pure talent with magic and has the most inspiring presence. I cried 3 times!!!.
She sung 'Leather & Lace' my favorite song of all time!! I waited back stage for 2 hours to meet her!! but she was elusive..... I gave her sister in law the Crescent moon locket, pendant and earrings to give to her. She assured me Stevie would love them and she would get them!! SO EXCITING!! DREAM come true, as I made them all in honor of her!!
I listened to stories of her tour and life and imagined her take on it all!! So funny we are all human beings but Stevie is one super inspiring human to me!! I hope she never stops singing her beautiful songs."
